My Client is a Nursery seeking a passionate and qualified European Montessori-trained Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a warm, nurturing approach and a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and maintain a Montessori classroom environment.
  • Interact with children in a respectful, open, and developmentally appropriate manner.
  • Support independence, freedom within limits, and self-discipline in children.
  • Ensure the safety, health, and social-emotional well-being of all children.
  • Communicate effectively with families and involve them in the child’s learning journey.
  • Participate in planning, observations, documentation, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Work collaboratively with classroom and administrative teams.

Requirements :

  • Recognized AMI Diploma or equivalent Montessori or EYFS qualification.
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children aged 0–3.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain during the probation period).
  • Must pass background and reference checks.
