Job summary

Aldar Academies is recruiting a Cluster Manager Digital & Technology Services to oversee the digital and technology provision across its Super Premium Schools in Abu Dhabi. You’ll shape the technology strategy and service delivery across the cluster, ensuring secure, reliable systems aligned with educational priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
Professional certifications (ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2) desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the cluster for digital and technology services.
Oversee secure, reliable technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery.
Collaborate with school leadership and central Digital and Enterprise Services to drive service excellence.
Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational incident management.
Present technology plans and performance information to senior leadership.
Manage budgets, suppliers, and technology projects across multiple sites.
