Our client is a leading institution in the hospitality education sector, committed to providing top-notch training and development programs for future leaders in the hospitality industry. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Program Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

The Program Director should be highly motivated and experienced to oversee and manage the educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee the curriculum for various hospitality training programs.
  2. Ensure the quality and consistency of all educational content and training materials.
  3. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  4. Lead and manage a team of instructors and administrative staff.
  5. Provide ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, accreditation bodies, and other stakeholders.
  8. Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  9. Gather feedback from students, employers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve programs.
  10. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the institution’s educational offerings and reputation.
  11. Identify and pursue new opportunities for program growth and development.
  12. Ensure alignment of programs with industry trends and employer needs.
  13. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
  15. Implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of programs.
  16. Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their educational and career goals.
  17. Address student concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  18. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the student experience.
