Job Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their EDM and CNC service needs, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach strategies in the manufacturing industry.
Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to EDM and CNC services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client requirements, showcasing the unique value of our services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate and detailed information on EDM and CNC service capabilities during the sales process.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and promote our services.
Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continually refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing sector, specifically focused on EDM and CNC services.
Strong knowledge of EDM and CNC machining processes, tools, and technologies to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented approach to business development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage leads and track performance metrics efficiently.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for diverse client interactions.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback, using insights to drive strategic sales initiatives.
Personal qualities such as resilience, motivation, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred to ensure technical proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
