Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a new graduate to join our Dubai eDiscovery team to coordinate and complete E-Discovery projects. This role suits STEM graduates with analytical skills and a keen interest in data and technology, within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will support data culling, project lifecycles, and coordination across digital forensics, data processing, and hosting teams, while maintaining clear client communication and timelines.

Qualifications

• STEM subject degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Above-average knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate client data to determine proper software solutions.
• Assist with culling data.
• Oversee the full life cycle of projects per client parameters.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Track delivery schedules, ensuring QA, and manage changes in scope.
• Communicate with clients and offer workflow improvement solutions.
• Develop knowledge to consult on optimal workflows for objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the client, digital forensics, data processing, and hosting teams.
• Utilize analytical skills for remediation of process aberrations.
• Ensure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
