Job Description

  • Take full ownership of sales targets for ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business solutions from Microsoft, Zoho, Sage, and allied technologies.
  • Generate new opportunities through personal networks, industry engagement, and field activities. A minimum of 30% of the pipeline is expected to be self-generated.
  • Progress opportunities sourced from the Abacus Marketing Team and nurture them through the full sales lifecycle— from qualification to closure.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with middle and senior management decision-makers at prospect organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with solution consultants and product experts to deliver compelling, customer-focused solution demonstrations.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan that aligns with market dynamics, customer needs, and internal business objectives.
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in handling customer information, pricing strategies, and competitive insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science, or Engineering. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding an annual sales target of at least USD 1 million in a partner-led environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in business applications or IT consulting.
  • Familiarity with CRM-based opportunity management (Zoho CRM or Microsoft CRM experience is a plus).
  • Experience working across multi-geography teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Prior exposure to Microsoft, Zoho, or Sage solutions will be an added advantage
