Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant and upscale bar in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality skilled in team leadership and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bar operations ensuring smooth service and high standards of customer satisfaction
  

• Lead train and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff
  

• Monitor inventory levels place orders and manage supplier relationships
  

• Create and maintain an innovative mock tail menu in collaboration with mixologists
  

• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
  

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  

• Prepare schedules manage labor costs and ensure staff coverage during peak hours
  

• Monitor bar revenues track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  

• Plan and execute promotional events to increase footfall and revenue
  

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Tourism or any related field.
  

• Minimum of 23 years experience in the UAE.

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a highvolume upscale environment
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills
  

• Deep knowledge of spirits mock tails and bar operations
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

• Ability to work under pressure and during peak business hours
  

• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
  

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
