We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations for kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and a proven track record of managing production teams in a fast-paced environment with a high diversity of products.

Key responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
3. Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
4. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Strong experience as Production Manager within a sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing setup.
2. Strong knowledge of welding processes.
3. Experience overseeing production for different products - bespoke products, limited series, not serial production.
4. Ideally project level production experience.
