Role Description

The Real Estate Broker Off-Plan Team is responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties to clients and investors. This role involves developing in-depth knowledge of new property developments, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation, presentations, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties from various developers.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through networking, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about project details, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Negotiate deals and coordinate the full sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Maintain relationships with developers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, roadshows, and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales (2+ years preferred).
  • RERA certification (if applicable).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages Like German and Dutch are a plus).
  • Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
