Deluxe Holiday Homes - MEP Multi Technician

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a talented MEP Multi Technician to join our Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the good condition and functionality of our premises, performing a variety of tasks including MEP, HVAC installations, maintenance, painting, landscaping, and more.

Responsibilities

1. Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool, and air conditioning systems.
2. Complete maintenance work orders at rental properties or offices as assigned.
3. Document work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps if necessary.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and properties, ensuring safety.
5. Manage inventory, report expenses, and monitor used materials.
6. Prepare properties for occupancy and assist with inspection reports when required.
7. Update and safeguard supplies, equipment, and tools.
8. Perform additional duties such as office and interior home maintenance or other property management tasks as needed.
9. Represent Deluxe Holiday Homes professionally at all times.
10. Respond promptly during emergencies to prevent further issues and provide temporary solutions.
11. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
