Responsibilities :

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients by understanding their needs and providing the best solutions.
  • Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge related to HVAC O&G requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis, especially for the Abu Dhabi area, to enhance market coverage.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, make initial presentations, and understand account requirements.
  • Utilize strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in sales analytics tools.
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Participate in business development activities within the defined customer segment to support business strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC within the O&G segment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Customer Focus : Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.
  • Results-Driven : Achieving goals and objectives with a strong work ethic.
  • Problem-Solving : Identifying and resolving problems timely with analytical skills.
  • Team Player : Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the work environment.
