Job Purpose:

The Finance Manager for Group Services will support the Head of Corporate Finance in overseeing financial planning, reporting, and cost control across more than 20 cost centers. Responsibilities include conducting P&L analysis, contributing to budgeting, producing KPI reports, and ensuring financial governance. The role involves collaborating with teams to resolve operational finance issues and developing reporting tools and systems to enhance transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and discuss monthly P&L reports with function heads, highlighting variances, trends, and anomalies.
• Gather inputs from cost center holders and analyze trends for budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in preparing business cases, scenario analyses, and monitor project ROI and performance.
• Engage with cost center holders to clarify P&L items, resolve queries, and support cost control compliance.
• Assist in designing cost center structures, recharge models, and accounting frameworks.
• Support the preparation of monthly KPI reports, providing insights into functional performance and costs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in commercial or analytical roles.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Attention to detail.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in the UAE.
• Finance certifications.
