Charterhouse are partnered with an award-winning Branding and Events agency who have a strong regional presence in the UAE. Our client has an impressive portfolio of clients and projects they have worked on, utilising technology to enhance to create immersive experiences.

The Account Director will oversee strategic growth plans and foster strong client relationships, in order to conceptualize and execute high budgeted brand events and activations.

The Account Director will be responsible to pitch and secure new business across the UAE and KSA. This role will also oversee end-to-end execution of projects and post event analysis, as well as budget management and leading pricing strategies and contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management or related field. 10 years experience in account management, or experiential marketing with at least 4 years in a leadership role is essential. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of winning business in both, UAE and KSA, and have strong negotiation and client management skills.
