Key Responsibilities
- Drive, monitor, and review sales performance and recommend action plans to achieve the sales budget.
- Conduct monthly meetings to review category sales and implement strategies to boost exclusive product sales.
- Manage and control approved OPEX budgets and optimize store expenses.
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage inventory, including stock availability, timely replenishment, and regular adjustments.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally aligned with brand service standards.
- Drive loyalty programs and selling techniques to maximize transaction rates.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure proper execution in the store.
- Monitor compliance with company SOPs, internal controls, and grooming guidelines.
- Liaise with mall management and ensure proper documentation of store operations.
- Plan and monitor team development, implement learning interventions, and review employee performance appraisals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s or Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail and team management within the beauty sector.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and retail operational standards.
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proactive, team-spirited, and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
