Job Description:

1. Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental revenue.
2. Negotiate lease agreements and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers.
3. Coordinate marketing efforts, property tours, and lease renewals aligned with market trends.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and brand standards while collaborating across departments for seamless lease execution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Male, within 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of leasing or sales experience, ideally in hospitality
• Proficient in property software with solid market knowledge and multitasking abilities
