Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Nephrologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating kidney-related disorders, providing comprehensive care to patients through accurate diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Conduct consultations to assess and diagnose kidney-related health issues
  2. Prescribe and manage medication for kidney disease and related conditions
  3. Develop and implement effective treatment strategies for patients
  4. Refer patients to surgical specialists when necessary
  5. Perform evaluations of kidney function to determine appropriate treatment options
  6. Recommend dialysis and monitor patient progress throughout the process
  7. Establish personalized healthcare plans for patients to manage their conditions effectively
Requirements
  1. Master's degree in Medicine with a focus on Nephrology
  2. Completion of an accredited nephrology training program
  3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  4. Previous experience working with patients dealing with kidney-related conditions
  5. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
