Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with team members, managers, logistics, and reception to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Assist the operations manager with operational concerns, including data entry.
3. Work with sales, operations, or project teams on specialized tasks as required.
4. Multitask across multiple projects and training sessions to ensure success.
5. Act as second-in-command to the operations manager, logistics, or reception, and assume their duties in their absence.
6. Coordinate with various departments to create comprehensive schedules for sales appointments, shipping, and accounting tasks.
7. Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager.
8. Ensure adherence to QESH guidelines, company policies, and safe operating procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
9. Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages; address customer queries; inform customers of delays; arrange delivery dates; and schedule machinery pickup and dispatches.
10. Coordinate transportation of personnel and ensure timely delivery of materials, supporting logistics throughout the transportation cycle.
