Your day to day

As a Social Media Marketing Executive at voco Monaco Dubai, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the hotel s online presence across all social media platforms. You will develop and execute engaging content strategies that showcase the hotel s unique personality, drive brand awareness, and support business goals in line with IHG and voco brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn etc.

  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality content (text, images, reels, stories, videos) that aligns with the hotel s brand tone and business objectives.

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with guests and followers to foster community and customer loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer, F&B, Events, and Sales teams to promote hotel offers, events, and experiences.

  • Manage the hotel s content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posts.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep the hotel s presence fresh and relevant.

  • Handle paid social media campaigns, boosting posts, and working with influencers or agencies as needed.

  • Ensure all digital content complies with IHG brand standards and is aligned with global marketing campaigns


What we need from youRequirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, hashtags, analytics, and engagement strategies.

  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing is a plus.

  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
