Your day to day
As a Social Media Marketing Executive at voco Monaco Dubai, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the hotel s online presence across all social media platforms. You will develop and execute engaging content strategies that showcase the hotel s unique personality, drive brand awareness, and support business goals in line with IHG and voco brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn etc.
Create and publish engaging, high-quality content (text, images, reels, stories, videos) that aligns with the hotel s brand tone and business objectives.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with guests and followers to foster community and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer, F&B, Events, and Sales teams to promote hotel offers, events, and experiences.
Manage the hotel s content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posts.
Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep the hotel s presence fresh and relevant.
Handle paid social media campaigns, boosting posts, and working with influencers or agencies as needed.
Ensure all digital content complies with IHG brand standards and is aligned with global marketing campaigns
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, hashtags, analytics, and engagement strategies.
Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing is a plus.
Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
