We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales performance in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving sales success.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales performance.
  2. Monitor market trends and analyze customer needs to develop appropriate sales plans.
  3. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve objectives.
  4. Prepare detailed reports on customer activity, market trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant data.
  5. Liaise with teams across the business such as marketing, finance, operations etc., in order to ensure successful execution of plans.
  6. Ensure proper customer service is provided at all times and resolve any customer complaints or issues as necessary.
  7. Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Proven track record of successful sales management in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team through training, coaching, feedback, etc.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; fluency in English required.
