- Coordinates all activities (above and below wing) for a safe and timely turnaround process.

- Records additional ground services provided beyond the agreed SLA to ensure accurate billing and prevent revenue leakage.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and controls to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implements and monitors airline requirements according to SLA/ASR and engages effectively with the team during operations.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.
- Collects flight briefings from airline representatives to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Acts as the focal point for a flight on the day of operations, making decisions and providing guidance.
- Monitors flight schedules via AACS to keep the team informed of any changes or challenges.
- Proactively escalates and resolves irregular operations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Investigates significant delays and SLA breaches, ensuring corrective actions are taken and reports are generated.
- Maintains relationships with internal and external departments such as DAC, Group Safety & Security, and Airport Police.
