Core Mission

The Marketing Coordinator at Reload Logistics will support a wide range of marketing and acting as our go-to designer for on items that enhance brand communications. This role involves collaborating across teams, coordinating social media content, event planning, digital marketing campaigns, and content marketing efforts, while utilizing AI-driven design tools to produce high-quality visual content.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging marketing materials including presentations, brochures, digital ads, social media graphics, and other collateral.

• Coordinate and execute social media posts, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and marketing strategy.

• Assist in planning and managing events, including logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.

• Support content marketing initiatives through coordination and production of blogs, newsletters, and other written materials.

• Assist with the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, from concept through execution and analysis.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and communications, maintaining alignment with company standards.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and external partners to meet project deadlines.

• Manage and maintain marketing asset libraries, ensuring materials are organized and easily accessible.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and performance metrics to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

• Stay current with emerging design trends, AI tools, digital marketing best practices, and industry developments.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on graphic design and marketing coordination.

• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content and successful marketing campaign involvement.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and proactive approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with logistics or related industries

• Experience in digital marketing analytics and social media content management.

• Understanding of marketing automation platforms.

• Video editing or animation experience is a plus.
