Service Technician

Mobility is the goal

  • Perform all service, call-backs, and repairs on customer equipment efficiently, professionally, and with outstanding customer service, adhering to security protocols.
  • Respond promptly to call-backs and be available for coverage during regular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customers informed about their equipment's condition, repairs, and modernization options.
  • Follow all safety policies of Schindler and the customer.
  • Accurately complete data entries such as time reports, parts used, call-backs, and repair reports.

Mobility needs you

  • ITI diploma, vocational/technical course certificate, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of service/maintenance experience in elevators and escalators.
  • Experience in testing and commissioning is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
