Job Overview: We seek an experienced Sales Head for our Client Acquisition Team, focusing on SME & Commercial Lending products such as Unsecured Business Loans, Merchant POS Loans, Financing against Rent-Generating Properties, Asset-backed Loans, Working Capital, and Trade and Supply Chain Finance. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving growth in our Loans and SCF segments. The ideal candidate will have a successful sales record, a strong grasp of financial products, and leadership skills to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract clients for SME and Commercial Lending products. Target potential clients through direct outreach, partnerships, and networking. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and business owners. Lead and motivate a team of client acquisition executives, providing coaching and training. Set performance goals and review progress regularly.
  2. Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to refine strategies and messaging.
  3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Oversee onboarding, ensure positive client experiences, and address inquiries promptly.
  4. Reporting & Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports on team and market performance, and present findings to senior management.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure activities comply with regulations and policies. Implement risk management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Over 15 years in client acquisition, sales, or business development within financial services, focusing on SME and Commercial lending. Proven success in meeting/exceeding targets. Leadership experience managing sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of SME and Commercial Banking financing products, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in data analysis.
  • Education: Masters/Bachelor's in Business, Finance, MBA (Finance), or relevant certifications.

Location: Based in Dubai, with regular travel as needed.
