• Location: Dubai (Onsite)
• Duration: 1 Year, Extendable

Responsibilities

The Network Lead is responsible for leading the team, designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. The role requires a strong technical foundation in networking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to align network strategies with business objectives.

Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in Routing & Switching, Security Infrastructure
• Network Design & Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and security.
• Routing & Switching: Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls across LAN / WAN environments.

Management and Leadership

• Guide and mentor network engineers, ensuring continuous skill development.
• Lead network-related projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, and business units to align network strategies.
• Ensure proper incident resolution and adherence to change management policies.
• Maintain network compliance with standards like ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and keep documentation up to date.

Additional Technical Skills

• Expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forcepoint Proxy environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), VPN, Proxy, IPS, F5 WAF, Cisco ACI Fabric, routers, switches (Catalyst / Nexus).

Management Skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring network teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects.

Education & Certifications

• Cisco Certifications CCNP / CCIE preferred.
