We're looking for a high-output Content Creator who can consistently deliver hundreds of short-form videos and static visuals per month, leveraging AI tools to accelerate and scale content production. This isn't a traditional social media role - we want a creative operator fluent in tools like Runway, Midjourney, CapCut, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Canva, and similar platforms, thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments. If you can turn trends, scripts, or data insights into powerful content quickly and at scale, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Create high volumes of short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using AI editing and generation tools.
2. Design eye-catching static visuals for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
3. Transform briefs, scripts, or raw materials into engaging, platform-native content swiftly.
4. Utilize AI tools to automate, accelerate, and enhance every stage of content creation.
5. Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align content with brand tone, trends, and goals.
6. Monitor platform trends and formats to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven ability to produce large volumes of quality content consistently (please share your portfolio!).
2. Deep understanding of AI tools in the creative space, e.g., Runway for video, Midjourney for visuals, ElevenLabs for voice, etc.
3. Strong editing and storytelling skills across formats and channels.
4. Experience with rapid content iteration based on performance data.
5. Self-starter capable of managing their pipeline and meeting deadlines independently.
6. A creative eye, growth mindset, and a bias for action.
7. Business-level proficiency in English or above (CEFR B2 or higher).
