To provide a comprehensive, confidential Human Resource service to the hotel to support achievement of the business goals and strategies whilst developing and maintaining positive internal and external customer relationships with Associates and Managers.
A supervisory role responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition for administrative departments, including the full life cycle of recruiting, driving the attraction, development, and retention of diverse high-caliber talent, as well as leading payroll operations including creating new joiner profiles, change of status, payroll inputs, and working closely with Paymaster to ensure smooth payroll closure each month.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience:
- Experience in handling and managing recruitment operations.
- Hospitality/hotel experience desirable.
- Experience in managing a direct report and delegating their tasks.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring the use of the Global Recruitment System (GRS) to source, identify, screen, interview, and select diverse high-caliber talent, especially for non-management roles.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure compliance with internal systems.
- Support recruitment events and coordinate onboarding for new hires, liaising with HR Operations and Government Relations to ensure timely arrangements for visas, housing, and flights.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to balance talent development and business needs.
- Ensure the property’s interview process aligns with company standards, focusing on quality of hire.
- Monitor sourcing processes and staffing outcomes.
- Create engaging job advertisements to attract diverse candidates.
- Follow interview guidelines and ensure proper procedures during selection and offer processes.
- Coordinate visa processes with Government Relations, staying updated on legal changes.
Payroll
- Create new joiner profiles on Oasys.
- Manage leave approvals and related metrics.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports.
- Update onboarding and change of status details.
Associate Relations
- Communicate associate benefits regularly.
- Provide confidential support for personal issues.
- Organize associate events.
- Ensure exit interviews are completed and data is used for retention strategies.
General
- Assist with administrative processes and data collation.
- Support data maintenance in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle.
- Prepare documents and reports.
- Maintain communication with associates and resolve issues.
- Coordinate monthly financial reports related to Forecast and P&L.
- Implement analytics to measure TA and L&D effectiveness and communicate results.
- Support HR operations, including Employee Relations and Exit Interviews.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, Marriott standards, and UAE laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
