Position Overview:
Algorithms Software specializes in delivering enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions specifically tailored to the construction industry. Our mission is to help construction businesses streamline their operations, increase productivity, and drive growth.

We are a team with diverse skills and backgrounds, spread across multiple locations, fostering a unique perspective towards global collaboration and cross-cultural understanding that enables professional growth.

This is a senior role in the India region, responsible for actively driving sales and revenue growth, with a strong focus on promoting ASPL's innovative solutions tailored for the Construction & Engineering industry.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity in a fast-paced environment for motivated sales professionals to advance their careers and contribute to ASPL's growth story.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive sales as a hunter and individual contributor by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business/logos, achieving quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Engage in business development and consultative selling by targeting prospective clients through networking, research, inbound and outbound leads.
  • Create and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools to meet business quotas.
  • Engage with prospective organizations via strategic, value-based selling, defining business cases, and presenting the value proposition of our ERP suite to senior executives.
  • Manage sales activities including accurate forecasting, reporting, and quota achievement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Solution Consultants, and Inside Sales to manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, handle pricing and contract negotiations, and close deals following company guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends and develop appropriate business plans.
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term revenue perspective.
Core Competencies
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and quotas, with experience closing deals of at least USD 100K (AED 350K) within the target customer profile, including real estate developers, engineering contractors, large PSUs, and corporates.
  • Strong understanding of the Construction & Engineering industry, with significant experience in selling ERP solutions or similar complex enterprise software products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for managing CXO-level relationships.
  • Team player capable of collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.
Educational and Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience.
Work Location

Dubai/KSA, with potential opportunities in Dammam, Khobar, or Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
