Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (or relevant recruiting role). The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Effective communication and stakeholder management are crucial for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications.
  5. Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the retail or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
