Restaurant Manager:
• Being the face and personality of the restaurant.
• Build relationship with guests.
• Knowledge of local market needs.
• Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality.
• Evaluation and understanding of changing competitor set and trends in the market.
• Optimize sales and maintain costs, identifying any areas for improvement and act.
• Set achievable targets and other short- and long-term functional goals.
• Provide effective leadership to the Restaurant teams to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure high quality of internal communication and co-operation with kitchen.
• Be responsible of H&S compliance in line with Dubai Municipality food code 2020.
• Maintain consistent Brand SOP in every area.
• Motivate and train team members.
• Respond guest feedbacks and reviews both online and instore.
• Organize and issue weekly rosters and prepare vacation plans.
• Oversee daily revenue reports and logbook and input.
Requirements and skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an assistant or manager position in a restaurant environment.
• Preferably knowledge of- and experience with Mediterranean cuisine.
• Good communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Adaptability to different environments, flexibility, and the ability to innovate.
• Proactive with a good understanding of the needs of the environment.
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
• Taking criticism and feedback.
• Attention to details and creative.
• MS office knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Dubai Experience preferred
• Available in Dubai
