We're looking for a commission-based Sales Agent to help us grow our HR Advice and Recruitment business by bringing in new clients. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Your main focus will be generating new business within the B2B SaaS and Cloud sectors, with companies based in the UAE and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and acquire new clients
  • Build relationships with decision-makers (HR Managers, CEOs, etc.)
  • Pitch our HR and recruitment services and close deals
  • Use Loxo.co to manage outreach, pipeline, and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in B2B or HR/recruitment services
  • Comfortable working 100% on commission
  • Experience using Loxo.co is a must
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
