Job description

Project Leadership & Coordination:

Serve as the main liaison between the Client and CERT, and the external vendor specializing in AI, AR, VR, or related technologies. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project in accordance with defined goals, timelines, and scope. Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of progress, challenges, and next steps.

Client Relations & Stakeholder Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at the Client, ensuring alignment of project goals with their needs and expectations. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information and address any concerns promptly. Deliver regular status updates, progress reports, and presentations to senior leadership teams.

Vendor Management:

Oversee and coordinate the activities of the AI, AR, VR vendor, ensuring that project milestones are met according to schedule and budget. Manage the procurement process for technology services and solutions required for the project, collaborating with the vendor and relevant internal teams.

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, resources, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked. Coordinate between teams from all stakeholders. Teams will be defined as a tech team, educational team, operations team. Ensure that the project is delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Reporting & Documentation:

Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and deliverables to CERT leadership and as defined by CERT to the Client. Ensure all project documentation is organized, up to date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders dependent on permissions defined by CERT management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, AI, Data Science, AR/VR in Edtech, or similar. A Master’s degree is a plus. Education qualification or background preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology-driven projects such as AI, AR, VR, or similar fields.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and work with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in client relations, particularly in a government or security environment.

Experience working with military, security, or law enforcement agencies is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Expertise in time management and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.

Ability to clearly communicate project progress, goals, and needs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to project management.

Ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the project, handling changes and challenges with agility.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

Military or security background is a significant advantage.
