We are looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing Executive to assist in planning, executing, and optimising our digital marketing strategy for Zendy.

Zendy is an AI-powered research library created to remove barriers to access to academic literature, equipping everyone with the resources they need in a world where the acceleration of research is key! Our mission is to support researchers and students around the globe to find easy and affordable access to academic content and AI tools.

The role

You will be responsible for planning and monitoring the company’s presence across a broad range of digital marketing channels (search engines, social media, email, and others).

Some of your responsibilities will include :

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the digital strategy
  • Execute the social media calendar (including graphics and short videos)
  • Keep track of the digital marketing budget
  • Understand SEO best practices and Google Search Console
  • Set up and monitor, and report on conversions, pixels, and event tracking
  • Support in the creation of content (news, email campaigns, blogs, etc.)
  • Support in the design of assets

You are

Punctual and reliable, able to work with minimal supervision and enjoy team collaborations. You are highly creative with an analytical mind, coupled with strong attention to detail and research skills.

Job qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience, preferably within an international organisation
  • Successfully managed social media channels and paid online campaigns
  • Knowledge of web analytics, like Google Analytics
  • Ability to create graphics for social media, including short videos
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent or native oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills, including multitasking and attention to detail
  • Cross-cultural inclusivity and adaptation
