About the Job:

The Internal Quality Auditor is responsible under the general direction of Quality & Customer Claim Manager to promote and enhance the Quality Management System within organization and relevant functions. As well to verify the implementation and effectiveness of all Standard requirements of ISO 9001. Verify the effectiveness of Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and the applicable product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in internal quality audit for ISO 9001 quality management system and proper verification of corrective actions to be taken.
• Implementation, maintenance and compliance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements in critical functions including tiles and sanitary ware factories and supporting services.
• Assist in preparations of requirements for product certifications and surveillance audits conducted by external auditors.
• Conduct investigation of nonconformities detected in internal and external audits for appropriate corrective actions to be taken
• Conduct training to all concerned personnel in the factories with regards to documented procedures of quality management system
• Identify processes, risks, situations, where organization meeting the requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop internal auditing/testing parameters.
• Assisting to quality system manager for national and international product certifications
• Record, report and track all issue identified as a result of all monitoring activities including inspections Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to the Quality & Customer Claim Manager

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 Years experience in the role
• Bachelor’s degree ceramic or Engineering or Graduate of any 4 years course
• Any Certification related to ISO 9001:2015 or Lead Auditor – ISO 9001
• Microsoft office and SAP or any ERP system
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and integrity to effectively collaborate with production managers and manage high-pressure production environments
