We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Onshore Private Banking team to provide a world class service to our most valuable clients.

The working location for this position is HSBC Tower, Dubai, UAE.

In this role, you will :

  • Be in charge of managing and developing a client’s portfolio, participating in the Team’s organization and ensuring appropriate administrative support.
  • Provide full-service banking and all transactions to high-net-worth individual clients through the marketing of all appropriate company services.
  • Establish new relationships and manage existing relationship in order to generate new AUM, Revenue and enhance ROTCP (return on total client position) and ROA (return on assets).
  • Co-operate with platform manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve problems.
  • In addition to establishing new client relationships, also manage the migration of clients from Premier Wealth into GPB HBME and ensures smooth transition to increase client retention and profitability.
  • Effectively deliver the firm to the client by cross selling products such as mortgages, car loans etc.
  • Grow revenue, increase AUM of portfolio and increase inflows of net new money (NNM), achieving growth by leveraging brand, channels and RM network.
  • Work closely with other bank departments to maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
  • Ensure follow-up on all risk and compliance issues (such as CCR, KYC, Compliance requests, Risk Management requests, Internal Audit requests).

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements : -

  • Strong customer focus and knowledge for high-net worth propositions and products.
  • Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
  • In-Depth experience in relationship management in the private banking or wealth management sector.
  • Graduation degree is a required to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
