Job Overview

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, including delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities. They ensure the hotel spaces contribute to a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
2. Respond promptly to guest requests and needs.
3. Stock and organize carts and supplies.
4. Follow safety procedures and company policies.
5. Uphold quality standards and maintain professionalism in appearance and communication.

Physical Requirements

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods) and do hands-on work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance).
