Job description

Role : Finance Manager

Salary : AED 30,000

Location : Dubai, UAE

This is a strategic role, working closely with senior leadership to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance and accounting function and ensure timely monthly closures and reporting.
• Prepare profitability statements by business unit and share with stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies and procedures.
• Independently manage the annual audit process and secure a clean report.
• Supervise branch office expense reports and ensure compliance with approval protocols.
• Perform reconciliations for banks, vendors (local & international), and fixed assets.
• Maintain and optimize the ERP system for financial reporting and controls.
• Compute and communicate monthly performance metrics for sales teams and business units.
• Support treasury functions, cashflow management, and supplier coordination.
• Monthly financial reports
• Timely completion of audits
• Accurate vendor reconciliations and resolution of open items.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Managerial experience mandatory
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead audits and work cross-functionally.
