Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a deep understanding of luxury villas, renovation, and landscaping sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. This role requires expertise in selling high-end construction, renovation, and landscaping solutions, with a strong network of high-net-worth clients, developers, and consultants.

Responsibilities:

Villas Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote luxury villa construction services.
  • Identify and target high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and investors for villa projects.
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and project managers to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and contracts to potential villa buyers.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Renovation Sales:

  • Develop sales pipelines for high-end villa projects.
  • Engage with homeowners, property managers, and businesses seeking upscale renovation solutions.
  • Assess client requirements and provide customized renovation plans and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of renovation projects.
  • Stay updated with modern renovation trends, smart home technologies, and luxury interior design to offer the best solutions.

Landscaping Sales:

  • Promote and sell landscaping and outdoor design services, including gardens, pools, and hardscapes.
  • Identify potential clients such as villa owners, and hotels in need of landscaping upgrades.
  • Work closely with landscape architects and designers to develop bespoke outdoor solutions.
  • Ensure successful project execution by coordinating with construction teams and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15+ years of sales experience in luxury villas, high-end renovations, and landscaping.
  • Strong network within the real estate, construction, and luxury property sectors.
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
