We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving company revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales strategies, team leadership, and market dynamics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
• Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Budget Management : Oversee the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Training and Development : Implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Experience required in the Printer Toner Industry.
