Key Responsibilities
Generate New Business Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct Sales Meetings and Presentations: Meet with potential and existing customers to showcase our products and services, and negotiate sales deals.
Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
