Financial Business Partner - Emirati Talent

Dubai, UAE

Salary - AED 27,000-32,000+ family benefits and bonus

Core Responsibilities:

Performance Management

  • Develop and monitor KPIs across financial, operational, and risk perspectives.
  • Analyze performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support ROI improvement.
  • Implement Balanced Scorecard methodologies and SMART targets.

Business Transformation

  • Drive finance transformation and innovation aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement initiatives using financial analysis.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments for strategic decision-making.

Project Management

  • Engage stakeholders and manage financial aspects of on-site commercial projects.
  • Identify opportunities for financial improvement across business units.

Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, Delegation of Authority, and access controls.
  • Recommend corrective actions when compliance gaps are identified.

Customer Centricity

  • Address business unit concerns and enhance Finance service delivery.
  • Collect and act on feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

  • Support implementation of ERM and ensure timely execution of mitigation plans.
  • Report to senior management on risks and delays.

Operating Environment

  • Office-based role with frequent interaction with business units.
  • Regular updates to senior management on issues and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication and ability to meet tight deadlines.
