About the Company

We're representing a major enterprise client in their search for a highly skilled Storage Engineer to support and evolve a large-scale, mission-critical object storage environment in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role

Join an advanced engineering team as a resident expert working on next-gen object storage infrastructure. You'll be the go-to authority on system performance, incident management, and optimization across compute, storage, and load balancing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize enterprise object storage and compute platforms
• Handle L3-level incidents and root cause analysis
• Support implementation and rollout of storage infrastructure
• Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders on architecture and strategy
• Ensure SLA alignment, compliance, and performance reporting

Qualifications

No Scality/HPE experience No problem. You'll receive full training and mentoring on HPE and Scality technologies, including hands-on support from senior engineers and access to top-tier vendor resources.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with object storage systems (e.g., Ceph, MinIO, Scality, etc.)
• Deep Linux engineering knowledge system-level troubleshooting, tuning, and maintenance
• Exposure to load balancing experience in high-availability environments is a plus

Preferred Skills

Training provided on HPE/Scality if not already experienced. Deep technical focus with opportunities for growth and specialization. Work closely with global experts and an enterprise-scale infrastructure.
