Recruitment & Onboarding for all MEA countries:
- Meet with hiring managers and HR Managers to understand hiring needs across all businesses.
- Coordinate job postings using SmartRecruiters for all businesses.
- Communicate and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring team and shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate reference and background checks.
- Prepare employment offers in collaboration with HR Managers.
- Draft contracts and verify accuracy with HR Managers.
- Work with immigration consultants for visas for non-nationals.
- Coordinate registration in local pension schemes for locals.
- Manage employee onboarding end-to-end with HR Managers.
- Track ongoing recruitment and follow up with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR Managers to improve onboarding processes.
Offboarding for all MEA countries:
- Create separation forms for departing employees.
- Terminate employees in HR Connect.
- Ensure exit checklists are completed before departure.
- Coordinate with Payroll for final settlements.
Payroll Management:
- Support HR Managers with payroll processes across MEA countries.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Manage medical insurance renewals, additions, and deletions.
- Support workman compensation renewals.
- Assist in HR metrics reporting and dashboard maintenance.
- Ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Support social reporting and audits.
Qualifications:
- Proven 5-6 years experience in HR and Data Analytics roles, with understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Knowledge of HR administration best practices and UAE labor laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
