Allegiance Real Estate is looking for a Director of Sales to lead our sales organization, define and execute our go-to-market strategy, and scale our business to the next level.

About the Role

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for designing and executing our sales strategy, managing and expanding our sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align initiatives, drive performance, and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, target-driven sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to refine sales tactics
  • Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, budgets, and performance KPIs
