Job description

The Hostess for Kimpo at Conrad Dubai is responsible for making guests feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting guests to sit, and giving them a warm send-off. The role involves providing the highest level of guest satisfaction.

What will I be doing?

As a Hostess, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You should have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
2. Ensuring knowledge of menu and all products.
3. Following correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
4. Practicing Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
5. Assisting callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary, and passing them on accurately.
6. Having a good knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements.
7. Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
