Job summary

A leading investment management firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a corporate finance professional with a strong analytical background. The role involves leading due diligence processes, preparing financial valuations, and engaging with portfolio companies. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity/debt, or investment banking.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and modeling.
  • Proficient in IT office tools, particularly Excel.

Job description

Mission:
  • Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities.
  • Lead due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, including preparation of financial models and credit memos.
  • Monitor portfolio companies by analyzing monthly reports, engaging with management teams, and preparing updates for internal discussions.
  • Assist with the capital raising process, including preparing presentation materials, conducting market research, and answering investor diligence questions.
  • Prepare financial valuations for portfolio companies.
  • Prepare quarterly LP reporting.
  • Lead internal reporting and communication processes and protocols.
Profile:

This position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity/debt, or investment banking. The candidate should be a critical thinker and self-starter, with strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, modeling, and IT office tools (Excel, etc.). They should be a team player capable of communicating and collaborating with international colleagues. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
