What will you drive:

• Take the driver’s seat in managing and mentoring a team of logistics coordinators.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers to ensure accurate pickup and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot delays, detours, and roadblocks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Oversee both fixed monthly outsource drivers and ad-hoc fleets to meet dynamic business needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end vehicle movement and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.
• Monitor driver performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Be the go-to pit crew chief for resolving escalations and ensuring seamless logistics flow.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of proven logistics experience, preferably with leadership or vendor management exposure.
• Exceptional organizational horsepower and attention to detail.
