Job Opportunity: Senior Customer Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Manager for a leading FMCG company with a well-loved portfolio. The role focuses on enhancing in-store execution and category pull, owning the 4Ps, leading trade strategy, and adopting a customer-centric approach in the GCC market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement the annual Trade Marketing strategy across various channels and categories.
  2. Lead customer engagement programs that drive volume growth and not just in-store presence.
  3. Formulate channel strategies across key GCC markets in collaboration with commercial and brand teams.
  4. Serve as a link between marketing vision and retail execution, including pricing and planograms.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, manage promotional ROI, and enhance the in-store experience.
  6. Prepare data-backed commercial cases for marketing investments.
  7. Report to the Sales Director and lead a team working on these initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
  • 12+ years of experience in FMCG, with extensive exposure to Trade Marketing, Shopper, and Sales.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and executing in-store activation programs that deliver measurable uplift.
  • Strong retailer negotiation skills, expertise in sell-in strategies, and understanding of shopper impulses.
  • UAE market experience is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a drive and grit to challenge norms and move quickly.
