Job Title: Air Freight Coordinator

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or related field
• Nationality: Any Arab, GCC, Indian
• Experience: 2+ years in air freight operations within the freight forwarding industry

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage air freight shipments from booking to delivery.
2. Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including air waybills, customs paperwork, and shipping instructions.
3. Track shipments and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
4. Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and other service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
5. Manage Sea-Air movements to optimize transit times and cost efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination between ocean and air freight operations.
6. Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to air freight shipments.
7. Maintain accurate records and databases of shipments, costs, and other relevant information.
8. Assist in optimizing operational processes and procedures.
9. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
10. Prepare reports and analysis on air freight operations as needed.
