Job Description

Our client is a well-established leader with over 20 years of success in the catering, facilities management, and food services sector in Abu Dhabi. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (Arabic Speaker) to support their C-level executives. Must be willing to work on-site at the KEZAD location.

Administrative Support

  • Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Handle all forms of correspondence—emails, phone calls, and messages—promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other documentation as required.

2. Meeting and Travel Arrangements

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and accurate minute-taking.
  • Plan and manage comprehensive travel arrangements for the CEO and VIP visitors, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

3. Office Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and manage the CEO’s office budget, including processing and tracking expense reports.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Confidentiality and Professionalism

  • Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Represent the CEO in a professional and polished manner across all internal and external engagements.

5. Strategic Assistance

  • Support the CEO in project management activities, including tracking progress and following up on key action items and deadlines.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making and planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–10+ years of proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or EA role, supporting C-suite executives, preferably within the UAE.
  • Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Language: Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
  • Gender Preference: Female candidates are preferred, in line with cultural and organizational alignment.
