Overview

The Business Director - Media is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth across multiple clients and industries by shaping media strategies and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business growth, client relationship management, and team mentorship, ensuring media strategies align with broader business objectives.

Responsibilities
Main Tasks :
  • Technical & Product : Ability to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and devise media plans aligned with client goals. Acts as a consultant, collaborates across departments, understands Publicis Media products, and maintains industry knowledge. Proficient in digital media, media tools, and legal regulations. Leads by example, mentors teams, and ensures high-quality output.
  • Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency : Manages multiple projects and stakeholders, oversees budgets, develops strategies, and maintains client and vendor relationships. Ensures operational efficiency and contributes to company initiatives.
  • Innovative & Analytical Mindset : Thinks strategically and creatively, identifies opportunities, and develops solutions. Excels in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing stakeholders. Builds long-term strategies and fosters team growth.
  • Self : Demonstrates agility, ownership, resilience, ethics, and decision-making capabilities. Promotes wellbeing and adapts to changing circumstances.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years in media planning or related roles.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Digital certifications on major platforms (Meta, Google, Snap Chat, Twitter, TikTok) and understanding of industry trends such as commerce, Metaverse, NFTs.
